Meeting Language
Congress language is Turkish. Simultaneous English translation will be available according to the demand of foreign participation.

Crediting
Meetings will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association.

Invitation Letter
An invitation letter will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat to the participants, who have registered for the TOA 9th Live Surgery Symposium, in order to obtain permission from their institutions, upon request.

Secretariat Services
Your applications will be answered through the secretariat at the congress center. Please contact Serenas Turizm before the congress.

Badge
Badges will be given to all registered participants and accompanying persons. In order to ensure the order and security of the congress, badges must be attached to all scientific and social activities.
