Registrars who are accepted for the final registration list but do not attend the course will be banned for 6 months from TOA STC-STL programmes.
If there is more than 15 days left before the start of the course, the requests of those who want to cancel will be accepted. Those who request cancellation within the last 15 days will not be refunded.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
For cancellations made by August 31, 2025, the full registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations made between September 1 and September 15, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded after deducting bank fees, provided that written notification is submitted to the course secretary. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 15, 2025. All refunds will be processed after the course has concluded.
