Congress Language
Official language of the congress is Turkish and English sessions will be translated to Turkish simultaneously in halls that are seen as necessary by NCOC. Scientific program will take place between the dates of 13 - 18 November.
Congress Identification Badges
Congress identification badges are mandatory to wear in all sessions, social activities and commercial exhibition areas. Pre-registrated participants can receive their ready-prepared identification badges with other documentations at once while pre-registrating. On on-site registrations, participants can obtain their identification badges after the registration and can pass through to related unit.
Identification badges will be used as barcoded cards on our congress. All events within the frame of congress will be processed to these badges’ memories. For this reason, it will not be possible to wander within congress centre without an identification badge. Due to the fact that with these cards, services that the members will utilize are clearly stated and we again would like to put an emphasis on the fact that these barcoded cards are password cards for utilizing the congress activities within the scope of it’s rights, rather than just an ID information.
Credit Facility
Congress will be credited by Turkish Medical Association STE Board of Credit Facility.
Transportation
Congress Transfers from Airport to Maxx Royal Congress Centre is approx. 40 min drive, “scheduled” free of charge transfer hours will be announced on congress web site.
Transportation with Havaş
There is inner-city Havaş shuttle services on Antalya Airport and, Havaş shuttle service hours and fare informations can be tracked via Havaş web site.

Transportation from Antalya Coach Station
There will be no free of charge shuttle service from coach station to congress during TOA 52nd National Congress. You can transmit your private transfer requests in writing to todnet@globalturizm.com.tr.
