Language of the Congress
The official language of the congress is Turkish, English sessions will be simultaneously interpreted to Turkish as seen necessary by UKOK. Scientific program will be held between 6 – 10 November 2019.
Congress Identification Badges
Identification badges must be carried at all sessions, social events and exhibitions. Attendees that are preregistered will be able to receive their identification badges with other documents during preregistration without waiting. With onsite registration, attendees will be able to receive their identification badges after completing their registration processes and will be able to enter to the related section.
Identification badges will be used as barcoded cards in our congress. Every event of the congress will be saved to the memory of these cards. Due to this reason, it will not be possible to enter congress center without identification badges. Since the services provided to members are finalized with barcoded cards; we would like to highlight that cards are passwords that are required to enter into congress events.
Funding
The congress will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association STE Credit Board.
Transportation
Travel to the Rixos Sungate Congress Center from airport takes about 75 minutes with a car, “tariffed” free of charge transfer hours will be announced from the congress website.
Transportation with Havaş
Havaş busses are available to Antalya city center from Antalya Airport. You can find Havaş bus hours and prices from Havaş web site.

Transportation from Antalya Bus Terminal
There will be no free tariffed congress transfers available from bus terminal during the TOD 53rd National Congress. You need to contact todnet@globalturizm.com.tr for your private transfer requests.
