Congress Registration
The registration desk will be open on 26 - 28 May 2017 from 08:00 to 20:00. You can obtain your badge, congress bag, participation documents and congress calendar from the registration desk.

Badge
Our guests need to have completed the required registration process and have obtained their badge before entering the congress venue. Badges must be worn at all time during all scientific and social activities at the congress. It is mandatory to wear the badges throughout the congress due to security reasons. 

Stand and Exhibition
There will be a large area for companies with pharmaceutical products, medical materials and books to exhibit their products during the congress..

Congress Language
The language of the congress is Turkish.

Participation Document
All participants registering for the congress will be provided with their participation document starting from 28 May 2017. The participation documents are to be picked up from the registration desks.

Crediting
Turkish Association of Ophthalmology 40th Spring Symposium will be credited by TTB-STE Crediting Board. In order for TTB credits to be valid, participants need to submit their TR ID No to the ageny before the meeting and have a TTB-STE Credit Card.
