Language of the Congress
The official language of the congress is Turkish, English sessions will be simultaneously interpreted to Turkish as seen necessary by NCOC. Scientific program will be held between 8 – 12 November 2023.

Congress Identification Badges
Identification badges must be carried at all sessions, social events and exhibitions. Attendees that are preregistered will be able to receive their identification badges with other documents during preregistration without waiting. With onsite registration, attendees will be able to receive their identification badges after completing their registration processes and will be able to enter to the related section.

Transportation from Airport
Travel to the Sueno Hotel Congress Center from airport takes about 75 minutes with a car, “tariffed” free of charge transfer hours will be announced from the congress website.
