Accommodation is offered as a 4-Nights or 5-Nights Accommodation Package (November 08-12, 2023 or November 07-12, 2023) on all-inclusive basis. Less than 4 night participation will be charged as a 4-night accommodation package. Dates other than the accommodation package will be provided upon availability of the hotel.
* For all hotels check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
* 8% official VAT will be added on the accommodation fees.
Accommodation lists must be transmitted to Global Turizm 15 days before the start of the congress. Turkish Ophthalmological Association and organization secretariat is not responsible for issues resulting from re-namings and the arriving lists after the date of October 15th, 2023.
What is External Participation Fee?
External participation fee is mandatory for those participants who are not staying at one of the congress hotels. Once a participant enters one of the all-inclusive concept hotels, there is no control over the services included in this concept as all F&B services are free of charge in the congress venue. All participants who don’t book via Organizing Secretariat shall pay the Outside Participation Fee. All participating individuals and company representatives are subject to external participation fee. Payment must be done and the payment receipt should send to the congress secretariat before the congress.
