CONGRESS CENTER
The 58th National Congress of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association will be held at Rixos Sungate Hotel Congress Center.

MEETING DATES
Congress meetings will be held between November 20-24, 2024.

CONGRESS LANGUAGE
Congress language is Turkish. Simultaneous English translation will be provided.

CREDIT CREDITING
All sessions and courses of the congress will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Accrediting Board.

PERMISSIONS
The congress invitation letters to be requested to be given to the institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the Organization Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests with such invitation letters belong to them.

SECRETARIAT SERVICES
Your applications will be answered through the secretariat at the congress center. Please contact Serenas Tourism before the congress.

COLLAR CARDS
Badges will be given to all participants. It is kindly requested that the badges are worn at all times in order to maintain the congress order.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All reservation cancellations must be notified to Serenas Tourism in writing.
75% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified between July 1 - August 31, 2024.
50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified between September 1 - October 1, 2024.
For cancellations after October 1, 2024, no refund will be given.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
