• Accommodation fees do not include VAT. VAT rate is 10%.
• 2% accommodation tax has been added to accommodation fees.
• Accommodation packages are 4-night prices, check-in 20 November 2024 - check-out 24 November 2024, and Rixos Sungate Hotel operates with an all-inclusive system.
• TODİŞ reserves the right to reflect any changes in possible taxes, duties and duties on the prices.
• Participants who do not receive accommodation through the organization secretariat and who do not only register and stay in the congress hotels offered by the secretariat, will be able to enter the congress center between 20-24 November and benefit from services within the hotel concept between 09:00 - 18:00 on the specified days, in addition to the congress registration fees. They must pay 110 EURO + VAT per day. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be allowed to enter the congress center.

Airport Transfer

On November 20, 2024, transfer from Antalya Airport to Rixos Sungate Hotel will be free of charge during certain hours.

On November 24, 2024, transfer from Rixos Sungate Hotel to Antalya Airport will be free of charge at certain times.

On November 21-22-23, 2024, one transfer in the morning and one transfer in the evening will be made free of charge.

Transfer requests other than these dates will be considered as private transfers. For private transfers, please contact Serenas Turizm officials.

Bus Station Transfer

Free scheduled congress transportation will not be provided from the bus station during the 58th National Congress of TOD. You must send your special transfer requests in writing to toanationalcongress2024@serenas.com.tr e-mail address.
