Congress Date
The 59th National Congress of TOA will be held from November 19– 23, 2025, at the Rixos Sungate Hotel and Congress Center – Kemer, Antalya.

Language of the Congress
The official language of the congress is Turkish, English sessions will be simultaneously interpreted to Turkish as seen necessary by NCOC. Scientific program will be held between 19– 23 November 2025.

Congress Identification Badges
Wearing the congress badge is mandatory at all sessions, social events,and in the commercial exhibition areas. Participants who have completed their pre-registration can collect their pre-prepared badges along with other documents without waiting during the pre-registration process. At on-site registration, participants will receive their badges after completing the registration process and can proceed to the relevant department.

In our congress, badges will be barcode cards. All activities within the congress will be recorded in the memory of these cards. Therefore, it will not be possible to circulate within the congress center without the badge. Since the services available to members are clearly determined with the barcode cards, we would like to emphasize once again that the badge is not just an identity card but also a key card to access congress activities according to their rights.

Crediting
The 59th National Congress of TOA will be accredited by the Turkish Medical Association STE Accreditation Board.
Your applications will be answered through the secretariat at the congress center. Please contact Serenas Tourism before the congress.

Transportation
Transportation from Airport
The journey from the airport to the Rixos Sungate Hotel Congress Center takes approximately 50 minutes by car, and the "scheduled" free transfer times will be announced on the congress website.

Transportation with Havaş
There are Havaş shuttle services available at Antalya Airport to the city center. The Havaş service schedules and fare information can be checked on the Havaş website. https://havas.net/en

Transportation from Antalya Bus Station
During the 59th National Congress of TOA, there will be no free scheduled congress transportation from the bus station. For special transfer requests, please send an email with your request to todnet@globalturizm.com.tr
