• Registration lists must be submitted to Global Tourism at least 15 days before the congress start date. The company and the Ophthalmology Association will not be held responsible for any issues arising from lists submitted after August 23, 2025, or from name changes.

Services included in the accommodation price:

• 4-night or 5-night all-inclusive accommodation (November 19–23, 2025 or November 18–23, 2025).
  For stays shorter than 4 nights, the 4-night package rate will apply.
  For accommodations outside the specified date range, the fee will be charged according to the number of nights requested.
• Check-in time for all hotels is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
• Prices do not include 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax.
• Accommodation lists must be submitted to Global Tourism at least 15 days before the congress start date.
  The company and the Turkish Ophthalmology Association are not responsible for any issues arising from lists submitted after August 23, 2025, or from changes in names.

What is the External Participation Fee?

In hotels operating on an all-inclusive system, food and beverage services are provided free of charge at all bars and restaurants during the congress activities, as part of the hotel's concept. Therefore, identity checks are conducted upon hotel check-in, and if accommodation is not made at the congress hotel, the hotel will charge an external participation fee for the services provided. If the fee is not paid, access to the congress hotel will be denied. The external participation fee applies to all participants and company representatives. Payment must be completed before the congress.

• The external participation fee is 120 Euro per day + VAT.
